Corrupted Emotians in EMOTIA Escape

The Corrupted Emotians are the takeover force of the Emotion Prison — and the official description's cleansing objective. In play they appear as Emovils: the evil variants of the game's emotion characters, chasing players between devices.

Official baseline

What the game itself says

Everything official comes from the Roblox listing; the behavioral detail below is community-documented.

The official description (checked 2026-10-08) states: “The Emotion Prison has been taken over by Corrupted Emotians” and asks players to “Cleanse the Corrupted Emotians and bring peace to the Emotion Prison”. It also warns: “Do not let their adorable looks fool you - You will soon be faced with deadlier and darker threats.”

The September 23, 2026 update text even framed the new character around them: “How will Pepper take on the Emovils in the world of Emotia?” — official confirmation that Emovil is the game's own name for these corrupted entities.

How an Emovil behaves

Documented by the GameZebo walkthrough (August 11, 2026).

  • Emovils are the evil variants of each character — they look glitchy and carry an evil aura (GameZebo)
  • Emovils tend to hover around the purple devices and can attack you mid-mini-game
  • hits deal DMG; at 0 HP you are defeated unless you spend a Revive Ticket
  • generic emotion-based enemies appear as minions, separate from named Emovils
Encounters

Named Emovils you will actually meet

Daily Quests and device mini-games name two of them directly — both named after playable emotion characters.

The Emovil of Echo

One documented Daily Quest asks you to “Encounter the Emovil of Echo at close range” — meaning Echo, the Control emotion character, has a corrupted counterpart roaming the prison, and getting close to it is itself a quest objective.

Emovil Nvee

An Emovil-exclusive device mini-game has you raise a torch and pick the Emovil Nvee's silhouette out of a field of shadows (Nvee is the Jealousy emotion). On those floors the corrupted entity is part of the puzzle itself, not just the threat around it.

Counterplay

How to survive being chased

No community source publishes per-Emovil stat tables, so the reliable counterplay is resource management and positioning — all of it documented.

Watch your Stamina

The top-left UI tracks HP and Stamina, and GameZebo notes stamina “runs out so quickly”. An Energy Potion restores 50% of max Energy for 30 Emotes — cheap insurance for chase-heavy floors.

Expect mid-puzzle attacks

Emovils “tend to hover around the devices” and can hit you while you are solving a mini-game. Start a device with full Hearts, and on early floors remember only one player needs to reach the Exit Zone.

Carry a Revive Ticket

At 0 HP you are defeated — unless you spend a Revive Ticket, priced at 180 Emotes in the shop. A Mini Heal Potion (35 Emotes, once per floor) prevents you from ever reaching that point.

FAQ

Corrupted Emotian questions

What are Corrupted Emotians?

The official description says the Emotion Prison "has been taken over by Corrupted Emotians" and players cleanse them. The GameZebo walkthrough identifies them in play as Emovils — the evil variants of each character, glitchy-looking with an evil aura.

How do I survive an Emovil chase?

Manage your Stamina — it drains fast and you need it to keep moving — break line of sight, and remember Emovils hover near the purple devices, so expect interruptions mid-mini-game. At 0 HP you are defeated unless you hold a Revive Ticket (180 Emotes in the shop).

Are Emovil stats published anywhere?

No. No community source publishes per-Emovil HP, damage, or spawn tables as of the 2026-10-08 check, so this site does not print any.
